No Bake Cheesecake Recipe
5 ounces of Graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces (room temperature) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
zest and juice of one lemon
1. Mix crumbs, brown sugar and butter then spoon into the bottom of a jar/container and make sure to pat down so it’s packed well.
2. Set aside.
3. Whip heavy cream until it forms soft peaks then add in cream cheese and sugar, mix well until it’s smooth. Lastly, add zest and juice of one lemon.
4. Layer in the filling by using a spoon or a bag for piping.
5. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving, then add the topping of your choice!
